Welcome to Digital Economy Alliance Inc. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains our practices for collection, use, and disclosure of information when you visit our website, mobile sites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to this Policy (the “Sites”). We may modify this Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to check this page periodically to help you stay informed of our practices. Digital Economy Alliance Inc operates in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By using or accessing the Sites, you accept the Policy in effect at that time.


We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, and other information you choose to provide. We collect this information, for example, when you send us an email or otherwise communicate with us.

In accordance with the U.S. federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.   • Provide and deliver news and information we think will interest you, such as information about relevant issues, programs, initiatives, resources, events, events, promotions, products and services;
  • Provide information or products that you request and process and complete such transactions;
  • Respond to your emails, requests, comments, submissions and questions, and provide customer service, request feedback and otherwise communicate with you regarding your use of the Sites;
  • Monitor and analyze trends and site usage and provide features and content that match your interests based on the information you provide and your actions on the Sites;

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted like-minded third parties so long as those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential. We also release individual information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We may share your information, for example, as follows:

  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, reorganization, formation of a new committee or successor organization, partial or total asset sale or transfer, any other corporate change, financing or lending transaction, or in any other situation where information may be disclosed or transferred as one of the assets of Digital Economy Alliance Inc;

  • To protect the rights or property or safety of our supporters, employees, volunteers or others;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our systems and services;

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as otherwise required by federal or state law.


We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), in that we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, information and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older.


This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
