Welcome to Digital Economy Alliance Inc. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains our practices for collection, use, and disclosure of information when you visit our website, mobile sites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to this Policy (the “Sites”). Digital Economy Alliance Inc operates in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By using or accessing the Sites, you accept the Policy in effect at that time.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, and other information you choose to provide. We collect this information, for example, when you send us an email or otherwise communicate with us.

  • Provide and deliver news and information we think will interest you, such as information about relevant issues, programs, initiatives, resources, events, events, promotions, products and services;

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted like-minded third parties so long as those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential. Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as otherwise required by federal or state law.

CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE 

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), in that we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, information and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older.
